Data is stored digitally using secure platforms and may be stored on devices located at our home business premises. Access is restricted to operational needs only. We take reasonable steps to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

We may share information with third-party service providers strictly for business operations (e.g., booking platforms, payment processors, cloud storage). We do not sell or rent personal information to advertisers or external parties.

11. Client rights (Acces, Correction, Deletion)

Clients have the right to:
Request access to their personal information / Request correction of inaccurate information / Request deletion of their data / Withdraw consent for media use / Opt out of communications / Requests will be actioned within a reasonable timeframe.

We keep records only for as long as required for business, legal, or tax obligations. After that, data is securely destroyed or de-identified.
