Axis Balance is built on foundations, both physical and knowledge based.​

With a strong emphasis on muscle memory, our mission is to demystify hand-balancing in order to make it accessible to the majority by simplifying it to it's core, what it takes to learn it, and who is it for.​

 

We take a progressive approach, breaking it down into manageable steps, focusing on four key bodily actions needed for a stable handstand making it achievable for almost everyone.
